The product is cooled, de-oiled, graded, and packed under hygienic conditions. Manufacturing Process Sorting & Grading: Removal of defective bulbs. Peeling: Mechanical or manual removal of outer skin. Washing: Potable water rinse to remove soil and debris. Slicing: Uniform slices (typically 0.52.0 mm thickness). Frying: Oil Type: Refined vegetable oil (e.g., palm, sunflower, or soybean oil) Temperature: 140160C Time: 26 minutes (depending on slice thickness) Endpoint: Golden-brown color, moisture 35% De-oiling: Centrifugal or draining system to remove excess oil.
